Wild Woman & Wilder Wisdom

Rewildling Photography

While the word rewilding was originally used to describe restoring the land to a natural state, we love to think about rewildling humans as well. What it means it also restore ourselves to a more natural state. What it means to tap into the wild we carry within us.

Connecting with self authentically, deeply & naturally is as powerful to witness as it is to experience. This is the gorgeous space of being.

There are countless practices for rewildling. With this offering, there is the opportunity to circle at sunrise, mediate in nature, connect with an ancient tea ceremony & plunge into winter waters.

Each is an invitation to reawaken.

Each is a moment to meet yourself.

Each is a space to explore what it means to truly be alive.

Your journey will uniquely be your own. As we hope.

What you see in your photographs provides a window into what your immersive experience looks like to an artist. How beautiful you are when you connect with self.

You alone will also know all this image represents. Your journey to now. What you allow to surface and what you carry within you. The significance of these moments to your life & your purpose. The very essence of who you are.

Together we witness, support, honor & celebrate you.

Tea Meditation Ceremony

This ceremony honors the practice of Cha Dao (meaning “the way of Tea”). This is an ancient Chinese practice that invites us to live life in harmony + create a deeper relationship with nature — including reconnecting to the nature that is our own being and the interconnectedness of all things.

In this traditional Tea Ceremony, we sit and meditate with the plant medicine of the living Tea leaf. A natural invitation is woven into each ceremony to embrace the much larger community that shares in this sacred ceremony — taking time to honor the ancestors that this practice originates from, the land and old-growth trees from which the Tea leaves were grown, and the humans who harvested and dried them.

We will be drinking Tea in the leaves in a bowl style. This method invites us to further our connection to nature by witnessing the dance of Tea leaves as they gently unfold in the water, offering their medicine.

This ceremony is a form of silent meditation – you will be guided in the beginning and then invited to explore finding your own natural rhythm as we sip each bowl of side-by-side. It is said when a Tea Ceremony begins everything is perfect. This is a space to practice releasing the binary of “right” and “wrong” – there's an invitation here to relate differently to things that may arise within you. To move from brain to the whole body. To trust yourself and let your intuition guide you.

Note: the Tea that will be served is wild/organic – this means it is direct from plant to person who picked + prepared the Tea to our Tea table. This also brings an additional element of community connection to our gathering

Cold Plunge

After our Tea Ceremony meditation, we will cold plunge together.

This practice isn't just about awakening the body; it's also a personal journey of connecting deeper with the element of water.

It's an invitation to embrace contrasts and find stillness within invigoration.

Get ready for a personal journey that leaves you refreshed, profoundly present, and alive.
